Talk to Fodil outside the village near the Statue of the Seven.

Genshin - Go back and take a break
Return to Aaru Village where you first talked with Atiyah.

Genshin - Demonstrate for Ayten and Karima 1
Reach the target location within 120 seconds to demonstrate your prowess in walking.

Genshin - Demonstrate for Ayten and Karima 2
Continue following and reaching the glowing target locations until you circle back to Ayten and Karima's location.

Talk to Ayten and Karimah.

Genshin - Defeat all monsters
