How To Unlock Where Are the Fierce Creatures?

Talk to Santon to trigger the start of the quest. Santon is found just south of The Palace of Alcazarzaray, and east of Chatrakam Cave.
Hidden in Quest Journal
This World Quest will be hidden in your quest journal, meaning there is no way to track it. However, you can complete the quest after hunting the three creatures then talking to Santon. After, the quest will be marked as complete in the Sumeru Reputation list of quests.

Hunt Creatures for Santon
Hunt the Gator Raja, Rishboland Raja, and Sumpter Beastlord in Sumeru, then return to Santon to complete the quest!
Where Are the Fierce Creatures Gator Raja

Head down the waterfall east of Sumeru City. You can find the Gator Raja among other Spinocrocodiles in the river.

Go west of Chatrakam Cave just below the Steeple of Ignorance domain and find the plate behind a sign. Feed the dish with Fowl, then change the time to midnight to make the Rishboland Raja appear.
Where Are the Fierce Creatures Sumpter Beastlord
Sumpter Beastlord Location

You can find the Sumpter Beastlord inside its lair in The Chasm's Cinnabar Cliff, facing Sumeru. Paimon will also comment to you if you are near to it.
