Body Slam is a damage-dealing move that has a 30% chance to Paralyze the target. This move is good for physical Normal-types like Snorlax and is especially great for Wigglytuff and Blissey who both have access to Serene Grace.
We suggest using Body Slam as your primary STAB move when running a physical Normal-type. This move has seen a lot of play in the past even when the move Return was available. That alone should tell you how powerful it is.
It is also worth noting that this move does double the damage against target that used Minimize.
Body Slam is available to purchase from the Watt Traders in the Wild Area for 3000 Watts.
The Watt Traders' selection of TM and TRs changes everyday so make sure to check what's in stock!
It's also possible to get Body Slam from Normal-type Max Raid dens as a reward for defeating or catching the resident Dynamax or Gigantamax Pokemon.
It's also possible to get Body Slam from the Cram-o-Matic, although the chances are still low even when using the right items.
