You can get a Slowpoke by finding 10 of the Alolan Digletts hiding around the Isle of Armor and talking to Diglett Master by the bridge in Fields of Honor. The Slowpoke will even be holding a King's Rock, so it'll be easy for you to evolve it to a Slowking!
