This is a list of all moves that restore HP in Pokemon Sword and Shield, Isle of Armor, and the Crown Tundra DLC. Read on to learn more about these moves and their effects in battle.

List of Moves that Restore HP

Move Type Effect
Aqua Ring Pokemon Water Image The user envelops itself in a veil made of water. It regains some HP every turn.
Floral Healing Pokemon Fairy Image The user restores the target's HP by up to half of its max HP. It restores more HP when the terrain is grass
G-Max Finale Pokemon Fairy Image A Fairy-type attack that Gigantamax Alcremie use. This move heals the HP of allies.
Grassy Terrain Pokemon Grass Image The user turns the ground to grass to five turns. This restores the HP of Pokemon on the ground a little every turn and powers up Grass-type moves
Heal Pulse Pokemon Psychic Image The user emits a healing pulse that restores the target's HP by up to its max HP
Healing Wish Pokemon Psychic Image The user faints. In return, Pokemon taking its place will have its HP restored and status conditions cured
Ingrain Pokemon Grass Image The user lays roots that restore its HP on every turn. Because it's rooted, it can't swich out.
Jungle Healing Pokemon Grass Image Healing power radiates around the area and heals both the user and its ally Pokémon, restoring their HP and curing them of any status conditions.
Life Dew Pokemon Water Image The user scatters mysterious water around and restores the HP of itself and its ally Pokémon in the battle.
Lunar Dance Pokemon Psychic Image The user faints. In return, the Pokemon taking its place will have its status and HP fully restored.
Moonlight Pokemon Fairy Image The user restores its own HP. The amount of HP regained varies with the weather.
Morning Sun Pokemon Normal Image The user restores its own HP . The amount of HP regained varies with the weather.
Pain Split Pokemon Normal Image The user adds its HP to the target's HP, then equally shares the combined HP with the target.
Pollen Puff Pokemon Bug Image The user attacks the enemy with a pollen puff that explodes. If the target is an ally, it gives the ally a pollen puff that restores its HP instead.
Present Pokemon Normal Image The user attacks by giving the target a gift with a hidden trap. It restores HP sometimes, however.
Protect Pokemon Normal Image This move enables the user to protect itself from all attacks. Its chance of failing rises if it is used in succession.
Purify Pokemon Poison Image The user heals the target's status condition. If the move succeeds, it also restores the user's own HP.
Recover Pokemon Normal Image Restoring its own cells, the user restores its own HP by half of its max HP.
Rest Pokemon Psychic Image The user goes to sleep for two turns. This fully restores the user's HP and heals any status conditions.
Roost Pokemon Flying Image The user lands and rests its body. It restores the user's HP by up to half of its max HP.
Shore Up Pokemon Ground Image The user regains up to half of its max HP. It restores more HP in a sandstorm.
Slack Off Pokemon Normal Image The user slacks off, restoring its own HP by up to half of its max HP.
Soft-Boiled Pokemon Normal Image The user restores its own HP by half of its max HP.
Strength Sap Pokemon Grass Image The user restores its HP by the same amount as the target's Attack stat. It also lowers the target's Attack stat.
Synthesis Pokemon Grass Image The user restores its own HP. The amount of HP regained varies with the weather.
Wish Pokemon Normal Image One turn after this move is used, the user's or its replacement's HP is restored by half the user's max HP.

Giga Drain Pokemon Grass Image A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target
Horn Leech Pokemon Grass Image The user drains the target's energy with its horns. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
Leech Life Pokemon Bug Image The user drains the target's blood. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
Leech Seed Pokemon Grass Image A seed is planted on the target. It steals some HP from target every turn.
Mega Drain Pokemon Grass Image A nutrient-draining attack. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by the target.
Oblivion Wing Pokemon Flying Image The user absorbs its target's HP. The user's HP is restored by over half of the damage taken by the target.
Parabolic Charge Pokemon Electric Image The user attacks everything around it. The user's HP is restored by half the damage taken by those hit.
