This is a guide to the item Mints in Pokemon Sword and Shield. If you would like to know what mints do and where to find them, please read on.
Mints are an item that will change the effects of a Pokemon's nature, and thus that Pokemon's stat growth. Previously, players needed to struggle to get the perfect nature for a Pokemon they wanted to train, but thanks to Mints, changing a Pokemon's stat growth has never been easier.
How to Change a Pokemon's Nature
Mints are all over the Crown Tundra and Isle of Armor overworld. You can get them from a shiny, shimmering object on the ground. If you want to collect mints, try picking up all the shiny objects on the ground!
Mints are obtained in the Battle Tower, which is unlocked after completing the game. You can obtain BP (Battle Points) in the Battle Tower by winning ranked battles, and then use them to buy Mints.
Battle Tower Walkthrough and Recommended Party
You might also get Mints as a reward from winning one or more Ranked Battles, depending on the tier.
