A Pokemon with the Poisoned status effect receives damage every turn equivalent to 1/8 of its Maximum HP. A Pokemon that is Badly Poisoned will receve increased increasing 1/16 damage of its Maximum HP (e.g. 1/16, 2/16, 3/16, etc.) as each turn progresses.
