Cross Poison | A slashing attack with a poisonous blade that may also poison the target. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Drill Run | The user crashes into its target while rotating its body like a drill. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Frost Breath | The user blows its cold breath on the target. The attack always results in a critical hit | |
Leaf Blade | The user handles a sharp leaf like a sword and attacks by cutting its target. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Night Slash | The user slashes the target the instant an opportunity arises. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Poison Tail | The user hits the target with its tail. This may also poison the target. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Psycho Cut | The user tears at the target with blades formed by psychic power. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Razor Leaf | Sharp-edged leaves are launched to slash at the opposing Pokemon. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Shadow Claw | The user slashes with a sharp claw made from shadows. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Sky Attack | A two-turn attack move where critical hits land more easily. This may also make the target flinch. | |
Slash | The target is attacked with a slash of claws or blades. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Snipe Shot | The user ignores the effects of opposing Pokémon's moves and Abilities that draw in moves, allowing this move to hit the chosen target. | |
Stone Edge | The user stabs the target from below with sharpened stones. Critical hits land more easily. | |
Storm Throw | The user strikes the target with a fierce blow. This attack always results in a critical hit. | |
Surging Strikes | Attacks in three blows, each dealing a critical hit, allowing the user to bypass its opponent's stat changes. | |
Wicked Blow | Always deals a critical hit, allowing the user to bypass its opponent's stat changes. |
Critical hits deal 1.5 times the damage of the base power of the move and ignores defensive boosts. The probability of landing critical hits depend on the critical hit ratio your Pokemon,or the move itself, has.

Laser Focus | The user concentrates intensely. The attack on the next turn always results in a critical hit. |
Item | Effect |
---|---|
Dire Hit | An item that raises the critical-ratio greatly. It can be used only once and wears off if the Pokemon is withdrawn. |
Lansat Berry | A Berry to be consumed by Pokémon. If a Pokémon holds one, its critical-hit ratio will increase when it’s in a pinch. |
Leek | An item to be held by Farfetch'd. This very long and stiff stalk of leek boosts its critical-hit ratio. |
Razor Claw | An item to be held by a Pokemon. This sharply hooked claw increases the holder's critical-hit ratio. Making Sneasel hold this and then trading them will cause them to evolve. |
Scope Lens | An item to be held by a Pokemon. It's a lens for scoping out weak points. It boosts the holder's critical-hit ratio. |
