They train in groups of five. Any member that can’t keep up will discard its belt and leave the group.

How to Get Hidden Abilities

Max Raids The main method of obtaining hidden abilities is through Max Raids. In higher tier raids, Pokemon will have a higher chance of having hidden abilities.

Ability Patch The Ability Patch is an item introduce in the Crown Tundra DLC that replaces a Pokemon's ability with another ability. This can be purchased at the Max Lair from the Dynite Ore vendor for 200 Dynite Ore
Breeding Parent Pokemon with hidden abilities have a chance of passing down their hidden ability when paired with another Pokemon or a Ditto.
