What are Sweets
Sweets are a new kind of Evolutionary Held Items introduced in Pokemon Sword and Shield. They are used to evolve Milcery to Alcremie.

Alcremie has over 50 forms in the game, and the Sweet given to it will determine its head decoration and eye color!

You can get all Sweet items, except for Star Sweet and Ribbon Sweet, as a reward in the Battle Café. This can be challenged once a day.

Sweets Obtainable By Pick Up
You can pick up Strawberry Sweet in Hammerlocke. It can be found north-east of the Pokemon Center found in the center of the city.
Sweets Obtainable From Max Raid Battles
| Ribbon Sweet | Star Sweet |
Starting from January 31, 2020 (Fri) to February 17, 2020 (Mon) 8:59, a special Milcery may appear in Max Raid Battles, holding the new Star Sweet or Ribbon Sweet, which was previously not in the game!
These new Sweet items will allow you to evolve Milcery into Gigantamax Alcremie with 18 new forms!
Steps to Get It
| 1 | Update Your Pokemon Sword or Shield Game Online Connect to the internet to update your game. To manually update it, press the X button to open the menu and select Wild Area News from Mystery Gifts. |

| 2 | Search Dens in the Wild Area You can find Milcery in Dens scattered in several locations in the Wild Area. See the locations here. |
| 3 | Start or Join the Max Raid Battle Take your Pokemon and challenge Milcery, or invite other trainers to defeat and catch it! The Milcery will be holding the item. |
