You can receive Gigantamax Eevee in the wild station by talking to the Boy at the left side corner of the station. You can only receive this special Eevee when you have a save file of Let's Go Eevee in your Nintendo Switch.

You don't necessarily need to finish Let's Go Eevee to receive Gigantamax Eevee; only a save file is necessary to receive this special Eevee. The Gigantamax Eevee also can't evolve unlike its counterpart in the Let's Go games.
