In order to access Kannazuka and the rest of Inazuma, you must complete the Ritou Escape Plan, which is part of the Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 1.
Archon Quest Chapter 2: Act 1 Guide
You can use Kamuijima Cannon from the Tatara Tales Quest to destroy the rock the blockage to access the Shakkei Pavillion.
You can collect find Mysterious Conches to give to Takashi found in the large conch structure in that area. After giving him the conches, you can pick one of three chests to open!

After 8 consecutive days of giving Mysterious Conches and opening chests, you will receive a diagram to craft the 4 star Bow, Hamayumi.
Thunder Barriers are domes or doors that block certain areas using Electro Energy.
How to Pass Through Thunder Barriers
Electrograna can be summoned all over Narukami Island with a Thunder Sakura Bough.
When you have an Electrograna with you, you will be able to pass through Thunder Barriers if their level is high enough.
To remove the Tatarasuna Barrier and unlock the Mikage Furnace, you have to begin the Tatara Tales quest. After firing the the Kamuijima Cannons at the Rifts, you can explore the Mikage Furnace freely! Beware of the Balethunder though!

Connect an Electro Circuit with the use of the Discharge, Relay, and Cumulation Stones. |
Lightning Probe |
The Lightning Probe will point towards the direction of the Electro Element. Match the direction it's pointing to with its base to get rewards. |
Cube Pattern |
Attack the Cube Devices to change their patterns until they match. |

The Mikage Furnace is a large facility in Tatarasuna, Kannazuka. This is Inazuma's largest smelting facility, but is inactive due to the war. To remove the barrier and access the Mikage Furnace, you have to make progress in the Tatara Tales series.
