Simply find the Bourou Village Elder Komaki in Watatsumi Island and talk to her to start the quest!
This quest was made available after the release of Watatsumi Island in the Version 2.1 update of Genshin Impact.
According to Granny Komaki, only water from the shrine's Offering Pool can properly nourish the Spiritherbs.

| 1 |  Talk to Komaki in Bourou Village. She will ask you to collect water from the nearby shrine's Offering Pool to nourish Spiritherbs in exchange for a fortune. |
| 2 |  Go to Watatsumi Island's Mouun Shrine and collect the water from the shrine's Offering Pool. After which, you will have to bring the water back to Komaki within a time limit. Teleporting will make you lose the challenge. You will have to sprint or glide back to Komaki. |
| 3 |  After giving the water to Komaki, she will ask you to find Clear Water that has special Hydro composition from a cavern to the north of Watatsumi Island. |
| 4 |  Go to the Easternmost part of the cavern that houses the Hydro Cube. You don't need to fight this boss, simply stay out of the arena to avoid activating it. |
| 5 |  There will be several glowing spots you can investigate. The water you are looking for will be at the base of a waterfall. Some of the spots may spawn Hydro Slimes so be careful! |
| 6 |  You can teleport back to Komaki and give her the water to complete the quest. |

Use characters with sprinting buffs such as Kaeya to get back to Komaki faster. You can also use the Red Feather Fan in order to glide faster!
