How to Unlock the Quest Series
This quest can be unlocked after completing Ritou Escape Plan in the Chapter 2: Act 1 Archon Quest. You will encounter a man named Kaji in Fort Fujitou, Yashiori Island. Once you talk to him, the series of quests will unlock!
