If you happen to have the herbs Yasumoto needs on hand, just give them to him on the spot.

Treatment on the Island Objectives

  • Gather 12 Naku Weeds
  • Talk to Yasumoto at 18:00-24:00 the next day.
  • Protect Yasumoto
  • Talk to Yasumoto

Walkthrough

Objectives
1 Genshin Impact - Talk to Yasumoto
Talk to Yasumoto in Musoujin Gorge to begin the quest.
2
Need: Genshin - Naku Weed Image Naku Weed x12
You need to gather 12 Naku Weed and give it to Yasumoto. If you already have enough Naku Weed, you can give it to him already.
3 After giving the herbs, meet him at 18:00-24:00 the next day and talk to him.
4 Genshin Impact - Protect Yasumoto
Enemies will try and attack Yasumoto. Defeat them and talk to Yasumoto again to end the quest.

Near the end of the quest, you have to defend Yasumoto from a number of Nobushi and Kairagi enemies. Stay away from the cliff side and bring shields, then lure them in and attack with close-range characters!

I do not have A Doctor's Odyssey achievement so I know I haven't completed this quest. However, Yasumoto is not there. I can see exactly where he's supposed to be but it is empty. Does anyone have a solution for this?
