There are a total of five Thunder Sakura Trees that you will need to find to continue the quest.
This tree is on the beach north of the Kujou Encampment.
This tree is on the beach south the Kujou Encampment, near the island where you talk to Miyuki.
This tree is also on the beach, just north of the Statue of Seven on Kannazuka Island.
This tree is southeast of the nearest waypoint. You will have to climb up to the top of the nearby rock formation to get to it.
This tree is aboveground as well, southwest of the teleport waypoint at the bottom-most part of the island.
There is also an electroculus on top of this tree.
Talk to the shrine maiden Miyuki to start the quest. She will then tell you about the Thunder Sakura trees, and ask you to investigate the nearby Treasure Hoarder camp, southwest of her location.
Defeat the Treasure Hoarders and talk to the remaining Treasure Hoarder, Hideaki. Afterwards, report back to Miyuki. She will ask for your help in saving the Thunder Sakura trees.
To help Miyuki save the trees, you must remove the juvenile antics
left on the Thunder Sakura by the Treasure Hoarders. Simply stop the lightning, and remove the foreign object from all five trees, then report back to Miyuki.
Once you've reported back to Miyuki, investigate the Treasure Hoarder Camp again where you will find Hideaki with a Pyro Fatui Gunner. Defeat all the enemies.
Hideaki will activate the nearby Electro Hypostasis in an attempt to distract you while he escaped. Miyuki will chase after him, leaving you to defeat the Electro Hypostasis.
Once you defeat the awakened Electro Hypostasis, you will talk to Miyuki again before ending the quest.
Each Thunder Sakura Tree will periodically hit your character with lightning strikes the moment you get close to it. In order to stop the lightning strikes, you must remove the Juvenile Antics from the base of the tree.
Objectives | |
---|---|
1 | Use the nearby Electrogranum to avoid taking damage from the lightning strikes triggered by your proximity to the Thunder Sakura Tree. You may also use a shield to protect yourself. |
2 | Use your Elemental Sight to spot the source of the lightning. |
3 | Approaching the blue spots may spawn enemies that you have to defeat. If not, apply electro or let the Thunder Sakura strike the area with lightning. |
4 | Once you have cleared all three sources of lightning, the Thunder Sakura will stop its lightning strikes. |
5 | A Common Chest will spawn at the base of the tree. Collect the chest and remove the foreign object stuck in the tree. |
Towards the end of the quest, you will have to fight an Electro Hypostasis. Be sure to prepare a well-rounded party with a good Cryo or Pyro DPS to defeat the enemy with ease!
You will have to fight three Fatui Skirmishers: a Pyroslinger Bracer, a Hydrogunner Legionnaire, and an Electrohammer Vanguard, as part of the quest.
Having good Cryo and Pyro characters in your party is highly recommended. There will also be enemies near the Sacred Sakura trees that you will not be able to avoid.

I mean, is it hard to tell us how to remove the juvenile tactics -_- well, since I'm here and all, for those who want to know, you have to use elemental sight to reveal blue whirlpool of dust, stand by it and wait for it to be electrocuted by the thunder sakura tree. You're welcome.
