How to Solve Cube Puzzles

Rotate the Cube by Attacking

Genshin - 9 Cube Puzzle - Hit the Cubes

In order to rotate a Cube, you must hit it with a Normal Attack using a Sword, Claymore, or Polearm character. Completing a puzzle rewards you with a Treasure Chest!

Note: The arrows in the puzzle guides below indicate where the light on the cube should be facing.

There are a total of three variations of the 9 cube puzzle, and a total of three Treasure Chests from completing them. You have to restart the puzzles for the next variation to appear.

How to Reset the Cube Puzzle

Genshin - 9 Cube Puzzle - Reset Puzzle
After completing the puzzle and collecting the Treasure Chest rewards, quit to the Main Menu or teleport to and from a far away place. This should reset the puzzles, so log back in and use the guide to complete the next variations!

You dont need to hit the eroded ones, the marked cubes should be the only lighting up ones. Check if you're properly aligned as the images show.

some of the cubes im suppodsed to hit are eroded and i cant move them, what do i do?
