Head to Bourou Village and talk to Iwata who is on a garden.

Genshin - Adjust your in-game time
Adjust the time to the next day and head back to the garden.

Genshin - Fertilizer... Salesperson Defeat the Opponents
Defeat the Cryo and Electro Slimes.

Genshin - Fertilizer... Salesperson Talk to Iwata
After defeating the enemies, talk to Iwata.

Go to the marked location and go near the two guards and Alrani.
