To unlock the domain itself, you must complete three Time Trial Challenges located on islands surrounding the domain and light up the Electro statues.

How to Solve the Three Time Trials Puzzle

Walkthrough
1	Each Electro statue will have a Phase Gate close to it. Go through a Phase Gate to get to the Time Trial Challenge you need to complete for each Electro statue.
2	You can complete the Time Trial challenges in any order and use the Phase Gates to get around easily in the area.
3	For the first Time Trial Challenge, you would need to collect nine Electro Particles.
4	Use the Thunder Spheres and another set of Phase Gates to collect all the Electro Particles. Completing this challenge will reward you with a Precious Chest!
5	In the second Time Trial Challenge, you must defeat two Thunderhelm Lawachurls within a time limit. Completing this challenge will reward you with an Exquisite Chest!
6	In the last Time Trial Challenge, you must shoot six Exploding Barrels within 160 seconds to complete and earn a Common Chest.
7	Once you have unlocked all three Electro statues, light them up in any order using Electro energy.
8	Unlocking the Moshiri Kara domain will give you a Precious Chest and an Achievement

	Domain Walkthrough
1	Upon entering, you will be lead directly to the domain's battleground, where you will have to defeat 22 opponents in total.
2	The domain's enemies will come in several small waves consisting of a total of the following: • 5 Rockfond Rifthound Whelps • 9 Thundercraven Rifthound Whelps • 2 Rockfond Rifthounds • 2 Thundercraven Rifthounds • 2 Blazing Axe Mitachurls • 2 Rock Shieldwall Mitachurls

Both the Thundercraven Rifthounds and Rockfond Rifthounds can have their Electro and Geo RES respectively decreased by using Electro and Geo attacks against them.

This will make them enter their Devourer State however, so approach them with caution when decreasing their RES.

The Rifthound's attacks apply Corrosion to the characters in your party regardless of shields, which will continuously lessen their HP. It's best to bring healers like Sayu or Qiqi who can heal while off-field, so that you can continue dealing damage without worrying over your HP.

Stun or Apply Freeze to Keep them in Place

You can also avoid the Rifthound's attacks by keeping them Frozen or Petrifying them with Zhongli's Elemental Burst.
