Go to the southern area of Mouun Shrine in Watatsumi Island, Inazuma. Approach and talk to ''???'' to begin the quest.

| 1 |  Activate all Elemental Monuments to unlock the Mysterious Pillar. One of the Electro Monuments will be locked behind a Thunder Barrier, but you can still attack it from a distance with Fischl or Lisa! |
| 2 |  Follow the pressure plates from the glowing point until the Mysterious Pillar, then pray to with the pillar to make a new plate appear. |
| 3 |  Step on the pressure plate that just spawned and follow the path in the image above. Pray to the Mysterious Pillar again to spawn a new pressure plate. |
| 4 |  Step on the newly spawned pressure plate and follow the path in the image above to complete the puzzle! |
You won't be able to enter the Thunder Barrier with a low-level Electrogranum. Fortunately, you can just use Fischl or Lisa to activate the Electro Monument from a distance!
You should still level up your Electrogranum though, because an Electroculus will be waiting for you in the barrier!
How to Level Up the Electrogranum
After collecting the Sakura Bloom, give it to Kumi and see if she is troubled by anything else.

| 3 |  Go to the western side of the Hilichurl Camp to rescue Anisa, then talk to her. |
| 4 | Activate the three Elemental Monuments to solve the puzzle of the Watatsumi Statue. Use Fischl or Lisa to activate the one in the barrier! |
| 5 |  Solve the Mysterious Pillar puzzle by stepping on the right Pressure Plates in one go, then collect the chest that appears once you solve it. Click here to jump to the solution! |
| 6 |  Talk to Anisa again, then return to Kumi to complete the quest! |
