Complete Archon Quest Chapter 2: Prologue Autumn Winds, Scarlet Leaves
Reach Adventure Rank 30
After completing the Archon Quest for Chapter 2: Prologue, you can begin Chapter 2: Part 1. Play through The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia Archon Quest to unlock the rest of the Inazuma region, including Seirai Island.
After completing the required Archon Quests, talk to Katheryne in Inazuma City to begin the Seirai Stormchasers quest which you will need to access the deeper areas of Seirai Island.

In Seirai Island, you can find an abandoned ship called the
Seiraimaru, which is filled with lots of puzzles and Treasure!
Throughout Seirai Island, you can find these Pressure Plate puzzles that reward you with Treasure Chests and access to locked areas upon completion.
Solving certain Pressure Plate Puzzles in Seirai Island will give you access to the underground ruins of the Amakumo Peak, filled with more puzzles to solve and treasures to find!
One of these Puzzles can be found in the World Quest, Relics of Seirai.
A large part of Seirai Island is affected by Thunderstorms. When inside the area, you will be affected by Balethunder and bolts of lightning will constantly be targeting your character, dealing tons of DMG.
To completely remove the Thunderstorm in the affected areas, you must complete the entire Seirai Stormchasers series and seal all the Warding Stones around Seirai Island.
Rotate Phase Gates to connect them, and use the Phase Gates to travel quickly all over Seirai Island.
Bake-Danuki are mischievous spirits that dance, and hide by disguising themselves as various objects.

|Follow the fast Electro Seelie for Treasure Chest rewards.|

|Use Elemental Attacks on breakable Electro Stone Piles to destroy them.|
|Connect an Electro Circuit with the use of the Discharge, Relay, and Cumulation Stones.|

|The Lightning Probe will point towards the direction of the Electro Element. Match the direction it's pointing to with its base to get rewards.|

Amakumo Fruit can be found exclusively in Seirai Island, scattered in abundance all over areas rich in Electro Energy. Each stalk contains two Amakumo Fruits.

Otogi Wood is a kind of Wood found all around Seirai Island. Chop when you see an Otogi Tree to obtain Otogi Wood.

You get this achievement right after solving one of the Boat Wheel Puzzles in Seiraimaru for the very first time.

Feeding the cat near Fort Hiraumi for four days will give you the A Cat's Gift Achievement, which is worth 5 Primogems!

|Objective : Unlock one series of mechanisms on Seirai Island.|
Completing all the Tile Puzzles (not including the Seiraimaru Tile Puzzles) around Seirai Island will give you the Sea of Puzzles Achievement, which is worth 5 Primogems!
The harsh swirling thunderstorm in Seirai Island was the lingering residue of the slain Thunderbird many centuries ago. This lore can be further explored on the Tsurumi Island main World Quests.
A fishing village that was abandoned because of the events in Amakumo Peak. Ancestors who once lived here moved to various areas in Inazuma, like Narukami Island.
While most of Seirai Island had been abandoned, the Asase Shrine in the western part of Seirai Island still stood. Maintaining the shrine is the Provisional Head Priestess, a talking cat named Neko.
