All Sumeru weapon recipes are bought with "Stories of You and the Aranara" from Aravinay's shop in Vanarana, Sumeru. Afterwards, you can learn the blueprints from your inventory.

Aravinay is the orange Aranara NPC in the same cave as the Tree of Dreams. You can only see him in Vanarana's Dream State.

You can make the Sumeru craftable weapons at blacksmiths or forging tables with the new Midlander Billet material. These Midlander Billets are obtainable from the Tree of Dreams, Sumeru Trounce Domains (none available as of 3.0), and Northlander Billet conversion.

Just Sapwood Blade that can be crafted now. Sumeru's weapons needs Midlander billets, and for now, you can only get sword billet in Tree of Dream

Make sure you are in dream Vanarana, where all the Aranara are outside the houses, otherwise Aravinay will not be there!
