You can use the Seed Mirror's Observe function to find nascent Withering Zones that look like black smoke. After finding a nascent Withering Zone, those zones will be marked on your mini-map.

How to Unlock Seed Mirrors

1	On top of the Seed Mirror tower south of Gandharva Ville.
2	On top of the Seed Mirror tower east of Vimara Village.
3	Accessible by activating the Broken Dendro Monument with the Vintage Lyre.
4	• On top of the Seed Mirror tower east of Pardis Dhyai. • It's accessible by using the Dendrograna and destroying the rock wall that blocks the entrance.
5	• On top of the Seed Mirror tower north of Pardis Dhyai. • It's accessible by activating all four Dendro Monuments.
6	• On top of the Seed Mirror northwest of Yasna Monument. • It's accessible by jumping on the Bouncy Mushroom behind the tower.
7	• On top of the Seed Mirror tower accessible by burning the roots that surround the Auspicious Dendrograna Branch north of Caravan Ribet. Aim a Charged Shot to the rock wall with a Dendrograna to remove the blockage.
8	• On top of the Seed Mirror tower south of Yasna Monument. • It's accessible by activating the Clusterleaves of Cultivation nearby. Tether yourself so you can swing to the upside of the tower, which should also open the door once you land.
