You can only repair broken dendro monuments with the Vintage Lyre after you get the Rhythm of Revival. You'll then use the Rhythm of Revival next to the broken monuments to restore their original functions.

For this part of broken dendro monuments you'll mainly be using the Kusava gadget which you'll get as part of the Agnihotra Sutra Quest chain.

North of the Gandharva Ville Statue of the Seven. Removes the ivy at the entrance of the cave.
