The Coordinates of Sun and Rain is located in Apam Woods, Sumeru. You can only access this location by completing the Varuna Gatha quest series.
How to Unlock the Coordinates of Sun and Rain Domain in Apam Woods
Step-by-Step Unlock Guide
1. Complete Varuna Gatha to Unlock the Cave
You have to finish the Varuna Gatha quest series to get to the Coordinates of Sun and Rain's location. Once you finish the quest and find the domain, go to the island in the middle of Apam Woods and jump down the hole.
Follow the path leading to the domain. You'll see that the domain is locked behind a Dendro barrier.
2. Light the Totem and Follow the Trail
The first step to getting rid of the barrier is activating the Dendro Totem beside it. Use Dendro attacks to light it up. Follow the Dendro Trail that appears until you see a missing Dendrogranum.
3. Play "Rhythym of the Sprout" to Summon a Healthy Dendrogranum
Use your Vintage Lyre and play Rhythm of the Sprout. If you don't have that song yet, you can get it with the "Rhythm that Nurtures Sprouts" quest.
Playing the Sprout song will restore the missing Dendrogranum. Summon a Healthy Dendrogranum and go back to the Dendro Totem by the domain barrier.
4. Attack the Floating Dendro Ring near the Domain Barrier
Attack the floating Dendro ring while carrying the Healthy Dendrogranum. This will remove the domain barrier and allow you to unlock The Coordinates of Sun and Rain!

These same legends say that the now-deceased forest king used hedges and streams, and the children of the pomegranate used dreams and illusions to create a labyrinth as deep and intricate as the very roots of trees themselves, to defend the secret of sun and rain. |

| 1 | Jump on the mushroom in the middle of the room. |
| 2 | Defeat the Eremites to collect the first Primeval Rosin guarded by a green barrier. |
| 3 | Jump on the mushroom to go to the next floor. |
| 4 | Summon a Dendrograna and use a bow character to use Aimed Shots on the floating Dendro Rings to unlock the hole. |
| 5 | Head down to the bottom most floor to collect the second Primeval Rosin. |
| 6 | Summon a Dendrograna once more on the same floor and use Aimed Shots on the Dendro Rings to collect the final Primeval Rosin. |
| 7 | Head back to the room where you got the second Primeval Rosin and apply Dendro on the plant nearby to summon a Four-Leaf Sigil. |
| 8 | Head up using the Foul-Leaf Sigil and defeat the enemies. |
| 9 | Use the 3 Primeval Rosin you've collected to open up the door. |
| 10 | Defeat the enemies in the last room to complete the domain. |
