Tri-Yana Seeds are Three-State Seeds that will be featured in Sumeru in Genshin Impact. Check out information on what Tri-Yana Seeds are, their three states, their locations, and what they do here!
List of Contents
Tri-Yana Seeds are Three-State Seeds that are native to Sumeru. The three states of this seed are: Normal, Activated, and Scorched. These beings are similar to Tri-Lakshana Creatures which also have three states!
Tri-Lakshana Creatures Guide in Sumeru
Normal Tri-Yana Seeds move along a fixed path. You will most likely encounter it floating around in the forests of Sumeru!
If you use Pyro on a Tri-Yana Seed, it will enter a scorched state, and it will stop moving! A scorched Tri-Yana Seed can be reverted to its normal state using Dendro.
If you use Electro on a Tri-Yana Seed, it will enter an activated state, which will unleash a large Truesense Pulse.
Since both Tri-Lakshana Creatures and Tri-Yana Seeds can emit a Truesense Pulse, they have the ability to reveal hidden objects around them!
Three of the Tri-Yana Seeds in Sumeru—numbers 1, 2, and 3 in our map—are used to reveal hidden plants that when activated, summons a strong wind current. Activating all three of them in Mawtiyima Forest will unlock the Swift as the Wind Achievement!
The Tri-Yana Seeds are native to Sumeru, and you will encounter them while exploring the land of wisdom's northeastern areas in Version 3.0!
Sumeru Region Release Date and Map Guide
This Tri-Yana Seed is found above the Under the Umbrella's Shade Domain. Wait for the seed to get close to the mushroom in the middle to reveal a hidden plant on it. Activate this plant to summon an updraft.
The updraft doesn't lead to anything but is one of the three wind currents that you need to activate for the Swift as the Wind achievement.
The second Tri-Yana Seed is also found on north Mawtiyima Forest, where you'll also find another hidden plant near the waters. Activate the seed with Electro when it gets close enough to the plant then activate the plant to create a wind current. Glide all the way to the top to reach one of the Dendroculi!
This is one of the three wind currents that you need to activate for the Swift as the Wind achievement.
You'll find the third Tri-Yana Seed circling around a mushroom and a hidden plant. Activate the seed then the plant to summon the third wind current.
The updraft also doesn't lead to anything but if you have activated the other two wind currents before, you will get the Swift as the Wind achievement for this wind current.
The fourth Tri-Yana Seed is hidden behind a Dendro Rock in an open hut. Grab some Dendroculi and launch one towards the rock to break the seed free.
Wait for the seed to get close to the hidden torch before activating it. Light up all four torches around the area to unlock the common chest in the middle.
Tri-Yana Seeds #5 and #6 are found on both ends of the bridge south of The Palace of Alcazarzaray.
On both ends of the bridge, you'll find a Tri-Yana Seed, a torch, and a hidden torch. Use the Truesense Pulse from the seeds to reveal the hidden torches then light all four of them with Pyro to unlock the common chest in the middle of the bridge.
The last Tri-Yana seed is located north of Chatrakam Cave. You'll also need the seed's Truesense Pulse to reveal two hidden torches—one under a Dendro Rock on top of a mound and another on a rock a few steps north from the first one.
Light all four tourches with Pyro to unlock the common chest in the middle.
