Go to the Fane of Ashvattha by solving the water level puzzle in Vissudha Field. We'll show the Fane of Ashvattha location, how to get there, and how to lower the water level in Genshin Impact.
List of Contents
The Fane of Ashvattha is found in some underwater ruins just north of Vissudha Field, Sumeru.
You have to activate two Cube Mechanisms in the surrounding ruins to drain the cave water and go to the Fane of Ashvattha. Cube Mechanism 1 is located in the ruins to east, while Cube Mechanism 2 is located in the cave nearby.
Once you drain the water, just follow the quest marker until you reach the Fane of Ashvattha, which looks like a withered tree.
Go east until you see Cube Mechanism 1. The area has a Seelie and two Ruin enemies, so it's pretty easy to spot.
You'll find Cube Mechanism 2 in the cave nearby. This one's a bit harder to unlock.
Use Dendro Attacks to light up four Dendro Totems and unlock mechanism 2. Some Dendro Totems are hidden behind Dendro Rocks, which you need to break with hidden Dendrograna.
The first Dendro Totem is easy to spot. It's right beside Cube Mechanism 2.
How to Activate Dendro Totem 2 | |
---|---|
1 | Look for a Dendro barrier. Dendro Totem 2 is locked behind it. |
2 | Look for a Four-Leaf Sigil by the top left of the Dendro barrier. Use that to get inside the barrier and light up Dendro Totem 2. |
How to Activate Dendro Totems 3 and 4 | |
---|---|
1 | Look for a Dendro Pile and use Dendro attacks to break it. This will reveal a Dendrogranum. |
2 | Summon Dendrograna and attack the two Dendro Stones (stones with the Dendro swirl on them) to reveal Dendro Totems 3 and 4. Only attack the Dendro Stones we marked in the picture. Attacking different stones will summon enemies instead. |
