Competitive Analysis

Parabolic Charge works better in Doubles as this move damages all Pokemon adjacent to the user. It is also a great way to recover HP.

However, this will also hit its ally Pokemon unless it is a Ground-type, has the Telepathy Ability or under Wide Guard protection.

Alternatively, you can opt not to protect your ally Pokemon and let Parabolic Charge hit the maximum number of targets it can hit, and just let your ally Pokemon be healed by HP-restoring berries or items.
