Competitive Analysis

Moonlight has the secondary effect of healing for 1/2 of its Maximum HP in no weather, 2/3 of its Maximum HP in Sunny Day, and 1/4 of its Maximum HP for Rain and Sandstorm. This heal move can be niche due to its limited distribution, but can be helpful for defensive and stall teams.
