Synthesis Competitive Analysis

Synthesis restores health which increases under the sunlight. This is a strong recovery move for sweepers in sun teams. Shiftry uses this move in addition to Growth to maximize the effects of harsh sunlight.

All in all, Synthesis is a good utility move under the right conditions.

Synthesis Locations

Synthesis can only be learned via Egg Move, Level Up, and by Default.
