Competitive Analysis

Heal Pulse lets support Pokemon heal its allies in Doubles consistently, without the disadvantage of it being knocked out.

The move is a great way of keeping offensive attackers in play, especially those holding Life Orb or using moves that has recoil.

It also helps bulky, offensive Pokemon continue to dish out damage while you heal them, as your opponent will eventually be forced to focus on the Heal Pulse user.
