Competitive Analysis

Using Present may lead to two outcomes, you may damage your target or you may heal them.

Present's damage scales from 40, 80, or 120 power. The more powerful the damage, the less chance it can happen. Its heal on the other hand has a 20% chance of occuring, with 1/4 of the target's max HP recovered.

From the get go this move is not recommended based on how unreliable it is, either as a damaging move or as a tool for healing.

There are far better options for offensive or HP recovery moves.

Present Locations

Present is only available by Level Up or via Egg Move.
