Competitive Analysis

Swords Dance has the effect of raising the user's Attack by two stages. This move is highly recommended to use for offensive teams since this helps buff up your Pokemon in dishing out stronger attacks.

An example user of this move is Garchomp due to its high Attack stats.

In Pokemon Sword - Swords Dance still raises Attack stat. It does not restore HP.
