Furious Mouth of the Spring is automatically unlocked after finishing the Foggy Forest Path World Quest, right after the dialogue with Pahsiv and Paimon.

Search For the Key Near the Mouth of the Spring

After the dialogue with Paimon and Pahsiv, head to Loch Urania in Erinnyes Forest. From Fountain of Lucine, head north and follow the path until you see the Teleport Waypoint, small lake, and giant geyser of water.

How to Get to Fontaine and Map Guide

Dive and Defeat Contaminated Bacterial Mats

Head down the path then swim towards the geyser. Dive down and you'll see three Contaminated Bacterial Mats and a Xenochromatic Armored Crab. The mats will attack you whenever you get close, so take the Armored Crab's ability to defeat them.

Hold down the ability to absorb their attacks and let go to shoot it back at them.

Use the Current to Move to the Other Side

Swim near the cavern and you'll see a current you can use to get to the other side. In this underwater cavern, you'll also see the stone altar. On the other side, you'll see another Contaminated Bacterial Mat which you need to defeat.

Defeat the mat using the Armored Crab's ability and the current inside the underwater cavern will subside, which means you can finally go to the stone altar.

Investigate the Stone Altar

With the current gone, swim back into the cavern and interact with the stone altar. A dialogue will commence between you and Paimon, where you both see a sleeping Vishap next to the altar.

The Vishap will wake and you will be taken out of the cavern and teleported to the shore, where you have to battle it.

Subdue the Enraged Vishap

With the Vishap angry, you must take it on in battle. Once you get the Vishap down to a certain percent of its HP, Pashiv will show up and interrupt the battle.

Talk With Pashiv

Continue talking with Pashiv and she'll explain why the Vishap was there. After the dialogue and cutscene, you will receive another Teardrop Key and complete the Furious Mouth of the Spring World Quest!
