How to Unlock The Fountain Flows Again
Inspect the Fountain to Unlock
To unlock The Fountain Flows Again, inspect the fountain in between Marcotte Station and the Fountain of Lucine. It will trigger a dialogue cutscene with an NPC named Remaudiere!
Finish the Chapter 4 Act 2 Archon Quest
This quest can only be unlocked after completing the Chapter 4 Act 2 - As Light Rain Falls Without Reason Archon Quest!

The Fountain Flows Again Walkthrough
Talk to Edel
After talking to Remaudiere, head to where the quest marker to pointing and talk to Edel.
Talk to Estelle and Give her Iron Chunks
Teleport to the Court of Fontaine and head to Estelle, the blacksmith then talk to her! Through the conversation, you find out she needs Iron Chunks. Give Estelle three Iron Chunks.
After that, everyone will be transported back to the Erinnyes where they will all restore the Fountain! Once the cutscene from this part ends, the quest is complete.
