The quest begins nearby the Statue of the Seven in the Liffey Region. Unlocking the statue reveals if the world quest is available. Check on one of the lower floors in the ruins nearby and a prompt to defeat the Clockwork Meka enemies should appear.
How to Get to Fontaine and Map Guide
Find Nacker upstairs after talking to Desnos. He can be see in the corner of the ruins talking to Chronie. Follow him as he instructs you on what tasks you have to do along the way.
Operate the Transfer Terminal and solve on how to unlock the area so you can help the research members obtain the Survey Anchor!
Look around the Mary-Ann Memorial Park and recover the assets by investigating the glowing spots on the ground.
Head to the location on the map and help Nacker solve the Energy Transfer Terminal puzzle to get to the Survey Anchor in the ruins. Be sure to retrieve the Anchor in the Institute Dormitories before going to the next location!

In the Institute of Clockwork Applications, solve another puzzle using the Energy Transfer Terminal to unlock the Survey Anchor in the final room. You can simply retrieve it after opening the final gate.

Clearing the Water Bubbles can reveal the Hydro Rings. These can help you move around and go upwards so be sure to pop them!
There are 4 concensing components that you need to recover. Each quest item is located inside the transformed allogravity-condensed water bodies around the Central Laboratory Ruins.
How to Recover the Condensing Components
For this part of the quest, you will need to use the Hydro Rings to enter the water bodies. The areas will be blocked and you will be unable to enter without using them initially.
Make sure to retrieve the component before the gauge bar fills up! When it maxes out, your character can automatically drown and teleport you away from the area. After recovering all components, return to Raimondo.
Return to the Fontaine Research Institute to talk to the researchers and this should complete the quest!
