There are 4 concensing components that you need to recover. Each quest item is located inside the transformed allogravity-condensed water bodies around the Central Laboratory Ruins.
How to Recover the Condensing Components

For this part of the quest, you will need to use the Hydro Rings to enter the water bodies. The areas will be blocked and you will be unable to enter without using them initially.
