Go to Erinnyes Forest
Impromptu Poem of the Crimson Dawn is located in the Erinnyes Forest, in the nation of Fontaine. Use the Teleport Waypoint southeast of the Weeping Willow of the Lake and head north until you see some ruins and wooden cages.
Once you approach the wooden cage and talk to the redhead, you will immediately obtain the Impromptu Poem of the Crimson Dawn World Quest!

Talk to the Redhead
Talk to the redhead inside the cage and a cutscene will play. Two Treasure Hoarders will appear and talk with you. After talking to the redhead, they release him and wander off with him.
Look For the Treasure Hoarders and the Redhead
After the cutscene, they will move to another area just east of the ruins. Move to the highlighted area and another cutscene will play, with the Treasure Hoarders and the redhead talking about the deal and the goods.
Help the Redhead or Watch Events Unfold
During the cutscene, two more men show up who turn out to be allies of the redhead and disrupt the deal. The cutscene ends and a battle will commence. Now, you can either help the redhead win against the Treasure Hoarders or just watch them fight.
We recommend helping them fight to make the battle quicker, as waiting for it to end just takes longer. Whichever you do, the redhead and his allies will win anyways.
Wait Until the Next Day
After the cutscene with Rouge and his allies, you have to wait until 20:00 to 21:00 the next day. You can choose to set the time at whichever point, just make sure it stays within the hour.
Go to the Treasure Hoarder Camp
Head to the Treasure Hoarder Camp after the time skip, which is just east of the northeastern Teleport Waypoint from Foggy Forest Path. Approach the camp and some Treasure Hoarders will spawn, so you have to fight them.
Defeat the Treasure Hoarders
Battle the Treasure Hoarders of the camp and defeat them. During the battle, Rouge and his allies will appear as well. After the battle, a cutscene between you and Rouge will play.
Talk With Rouge
During the cutscene, you talk with Rogue and he will reward you with what they've found inside the camp. This marks the end of the Impromptu Poem of the Crimson Dawn World Quest!
