How to Unlock Blue Longing of Heart and Moon
Complete the Previous Subquest
To unlock Blue Longing of Heart and Moon, you must have first completed the previous subquest of Ancient Colors, A Gradient of Dreams and Ochre!

Blue Longing of Heart and Moon Walkthrough
Head to the Designated Location
Immediately head out of the area using the wormhole, which you eventually realized isn't working. As an alternative, dive underwater into the pool, few paces to the left of the wormhole to escape. Use the Fontaine Current you first see to get away!
Defeat Jakob
As soon as you arrive at A Very Warm Place, you'll see the then-Jakob Iniquitous Baptist doing something with the heart of Elynas. After the cutscene, defeat Jakob.
Try to Escape
After defeating Jakob, a brief cutscene will play. He then entraps you inside a warding which can only be dispelled by an ally Breacher Primus. After being freed, defeat the Rifthounds and talk to Mamere.
Explore the unknown space
Once Mamere has done painting you and Paimon, you will be teleported into a certain area. Explore the unknown space, by heading deep into the space.
Use the prism to resonate with the ore
A Mysterious Voice then asks you to clear out the poison by using the prism to resonate with the ores. Fortunately, this one is easier since there's only a single Prism you can use to clear out everything!

Meet the owner of the voice
After clearing out the poison, walk towards the peak of the cliff, and there you'll meet the owner of the voice who happens to be Elynas himself. After learning a bit about his story, teleport out of the space, and talk to everyone about your experience.
