Strange Stone Chronicle Quest Location

Go to Merusea Village

Strange Stone Chronicle is located at Merusea Village, in the Beryl Region of Fontaine. You can get Puca's token from A Very Bright Place, and you can find Puca's house underwater!

How to Unlock Strange Stone Chronicle

Complete the Prerequisites

Quest Unlock Requirements

	Ancient Colors: Act I A Brush of Seafoam and Crimson
	Ancient Colors: Act II A Gradient of Dreams and Ochre
	Ancient Colors: Act III Blue Longing of Heart and Moon

To unlock the Strange Stone Chronicle Quest, you must have first completed the entire Ancient Colors Quest Chain! In addition, you need to finish Strange Stone Chronicle Day 1, to get Day 2!

Look for Puca's Token

Puca has lost her token somewhere in A Very Bright Place, and you've promised to help her. Her token is located just beside a mob of Breacher Primus enemies, which means you must first defeat them to proceed!

Give the Token you Found to Puca

After obtaining the token, and picking up a Strange Ore, give the token you found to Puca back in her house, submerged beneath Merusea Village. Use the pool few steps from Xana's location, to easily dive down towards her house.

Take the Strange Ore to the Gem Merchant in the Court of Fontaine

As per Puca's suggestion, take the Strange Ore to the Gem Merchant in the Court of Fontaine, called Chesil. Chesil will then appraise the Strange Ore, pay for it, and order more of the ores.

Talk to Puca

Talk to Puca again and tell her about what you and Chesil have discussed about the Strange Ore. She then marks your map to more ore-rich veins around the Merusea Village!

Collect Strange Ore

Go back to A Very Bright Place, but glide down to your right this time, and head towards the ledge with the Prisms and Ores. Use the prism to resonate with the four ores by attacking the prism!

Resonating with the Ore Rewards

From the ore nearest to you, you will get 7 Strange Ores.
From the next ore to its left, you will get 9 Strange Ores.
From the next ore, you will get 14 Strange Ores.

Take the Ore You've Gathered to Chesil

After getting all the ores, give them to Chesil in the Court of Fontaine. After a brief cutscene Chesil will tell you to come back some other time when the accessories from the ores are ready!

After the next server reset, go back to Chesil and ask him about the accessory he promised to give you. Unfortunately, he managed not to craft an accessory out of it, but had instead created a Special Clock whose mechanisms are made of Strange Ore.

Take the Clock to Puca back in here house in Merusea Village. Simply use the Waypoint in the village, then dive down the pool nearby Xana's location!
