How to Unlock Meteoric Lance
Progress Thru Search in the Algae Sea
You can unlock Meteoric Lance by progressing thru the World Quest, Search in the Algae Sea, as this quest is part of that World Quest! You must have also completed Muse's Mother to unlock it!

Meteoric Lance Walkthrough
Find the Seal
You can find the second seal or the Orthant of Wish inside a sea cavern, west of Fort Charybdis Ruins. Don't forget to activate the waypoint along the way, to easily revisit this place next time!
Study the Riddle Slate
After defeating the lone Clockwork Mek enemy, study the Riddle Slate. Then, look for a way forward the ruins.
How to Look For a Way Forward
| How to Look For a Way Forward | |

| 1 | To look for a way forward, defeat the Gardemek enemy surrounded by floating beam receivers. Once done, the receivers will automatically station themselves across each other, by the locked door. |
| 2 | Then, obtain the Bal Octopus's abilities from the glowing orb by the staircase. Head over the Eliphas Beam and Column Puzzle, and operate it to open the door. |
| 3 | First, fire at the right receiver node of the Eliphas Beam to adjust it horizontally, slightly to the right, to make sure it aligns with the columns. |
| 4 | Second, fire at the right receiver node of the Vertical Column to lift it. This is the receiver node that faces the Eliphas Beam's direction! Fire constantly until the Eliphas Beam and Vertical Column connects. |
| 5 | Then, head to the second Vertical column, and fire at its right receiver node. Lift it, until it connects with the other Vertical Column. Once the door opens, ride the elevator down. Be careful as there are Mek enemies below, so prepare for a fight! |
| 6 | Once the enemies are wiped out, hit the nearby blue lantern once to open the door. Before going through the door, remember to activate the Boom Blossom beside it to unlock the second door! |
Solve the Orthant's puzzle
Once you've found a way forward, you'll happen upon a chamber with a similar mechanism from the Orthant of Memory. To solve the Orthant's puzzle, you must again, redirect the Energy Flow to the machine at the middle of the room!

| 1 |  To solve the Orthant of Wish Puzzle, from the ledge, glide down to your right until you see the Eliphas Beam puzzle. |
| 2 | Use the Ball Octopus' ability and fire at the left column first, as this one reverts back to its original position slower than the one in the right. Once the left column is pushed all the way down, immediately fire at the right column. |
| 3 | Once the door opens, defeat the Mek enemy in front, and ride down using the lift. |
| 4 | Press forward, while you defeat the enemy Hydro Slimes along the way. As you reach halfway the end of the cavern, you'll see a Regulating Valve puzzle. Don't forget to borrow the Ball Octopus' ability from the nearby orb. |
| 5 | Fire at the Receiving Node of the Feather Valve, and continuously do so until the gears of the Regulative Valve clicks on the angle of its tracks. This will be marked a blue light, indicating the valves are in the right position. |
| 6 | Once all the valves lit up, release the Energy from the machine. It will flow towards the other machine from across the cavern. Use this machine as you lift to reach the floor above. Make sure stand by right beside it as there are times that the Go Up option doesn't appear! |
| 7 | After reaching the floor above, release the energy from the machine, and watch it go straight to the machine at the middle of the room. |
| 8 | Then, lead the Seelie you just saw towards its court below the machine. Doing so removes the barrier on the surface of the water, which means you can now dive freely! |
| 9 | After diving, you'll see another Regulating Valve Puzzle underwater. You must first defeat the Mek Fish enemies to free the Ball Octopus Aberrant so you can borrow its abilities. |
| 10 | Once done, fire at the Feather Valve nearest to the machine first. Make sure to hit the Receiving Node that will rotate the three valves clockwise. Immediately stop once they've rotated clockwise, two times. |
| 11 | Then, go to the other Valve and do the same thing. Hit the Node that will make the two valves rotate clockwise, two times, as well. Once all valves have lit up, release energy from the machine. |
| 12 | Afterwards, borrow the ability of the Sting Ray, to be able cut the seagrass that blocks the exit. Make sure to hit their weakpoints at once, to be able to cut them cleanly! |
| 13 | Once you've exited the puzzle, use the lift to go the upper floor. You'll have to press go up two times to reach the uppermost floor! Lastly, release the energy from the machine, and defeat the enemy Meks along the way! |
Obtain the Wish
piece
As with the previous piece, the Orthant of Wish piece is no longer there. After discussing with the gang, immediately head over the next piece!

Meteoric Lance is an objective quest of the quest, Search in the Algae Sea, where you'll need to find and break the four seals to enter the Tower of Gestalt! Meteoric Lance is the second seal, and unlocks the Orthant of Wish.
