How to Unlock Villains Quest
Located East of Fontaine Research Institute

The trigger for the World Quest can be found south of the eastmost Teleport Waypoint in the Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering Region.
Along the path, look for a little girl interacting with two Treasure Hoarders.
Archon Quest Does Not Have To Be Cleared
Players do not need to clear either Chapter 4: Act 3 or Chapter 4: Act 4 of the Archon Quest. Villains is available immediately after the launch of Version 4.1.
Villains Quest Walkthrough
Catch up with the little girl, Blanche
After saving Blanche from the Treasure Hoarders, she will run away towards a nearby cabin. Simply follow the path forward. Once caught up to Blanche near the cabin, talk to her.
Look for where the suspicious voice is coming from

There are two areas to check first, highlighted by a glowing point of interest.
Knock on the Door
After clearing those two locations, go back to the front of the cabin and knock on the door.
Pass Cabin's trial
After the Cabin introduces himself, he gives you the simple trial of applying Hydro to a Water Volume Detection Crystal. Make sure you have a Hydro Character in your team for this section.
Difference between Pinecones and Pure Pinecones
Once the trial is complete, go back to the Cabin's front door to receive the next instructions: look for Pure Pinecones.
Take note that Pure Pinecones look different than regular Pinecones. One way to distinguish a Pure Pinecone is that it is larger and brighter than a regular Pinecone.
Meet up with Blanche
While the story says the Traveler has to find five, players really only need to find three. Paimon asks if Blanche might have found the other two. Head towards her vicinity and meet up with Blanche.
Go behind the cabin to find the voice
After counting all of the collected Pure Pinecones, another friend of Tricky Bulle Fruit stops by and gives the last Pure Pinecone. Head back to the cabin afterwards to give the collected Pure Pinecones.
Another voice takes the place of the talking Cabin, coming from behind the buidling. Go around and find out the source of the voice.
Drink the potion and go to the World of Intense Purity
Climb up the Crucible to place the 5 Pure Pinecones collected, as mentioned by the voice coming from the Crucible.
After collecting a container to retrieve the medicine, head up the Crucible. Consume the "Key" first, then enter the World of Intense Purity
Teach Tricky Bulle Fruit a lesson
After Tricky Bulle Fruit tricks you into getting inside the so-called "World of Intense Purity", defeat him in battle. Note that he will not put up a fight at all, so attack to your heart's content.
Go to the pond
Go to the pond nearby the cabin to help Tricky Bulle Fruit complete his potion. Monsters are around the pond, and the Traveler has to defeat them to be able to collect the dew from the center of the pond.
Pond Location
The pond is located northeast, and is very close to the cabin where the Quest is centered in.
Repel Ruthless Calla Lily
After collecting the dew, Blanche and Tricky Bulle Fruit gets into a fight, and Blanche runs away. She can be found a short distance away from the cabin.
The Traveler and Blanche then overhear voices, one of which is Tricky Bulle Fruit near the pond. Go to Tricky Bulle Fruit and Ruthles Calla Lily are, and help Tricky Bulle Fruit defeat Ruthless Calla Lily.
After a short talk with Blanche and Tricky Bulle Fruit after the battle, the quest is officially complete!

Paimon's Food Fund
One of the rewards available upon clearing the Villain World Quest is a consumable item called Paimon's "Food Fund".
Using it will make it go away from the inventory for good, but it will grant the Traveler 15,000 Mora.

I really hate the idea of a forced "fight" where the NPC just stnad there and allows you to hit them without fighting back, especially if the NPC in question does not really seem to be a bad person.
