The Final Question is located at the Narzissenkreuz Ordo, inside the Institute of Natural Philosophy. You can only access the the Institude by doing the Aqueous Tidemarks quest first!

To go to Narzissenkreuz Ordo, teleport to the northern Waypoint located inside the Institute of Natural Philosophy, and walk forward until you reach the end of the hall. Read the book laying atop of the table to get inside Narzissenkreuz Ordo!

	Ancient Colors: Act I A Brush of Seafoam and Crimson
	Ancient Colors: Act II A Gradient of Dreams and Ochre

To unlock The Final Question, you must have first completed the Ancient Colors quest chain in Fontaine. You must have also finished the Aqueous Tidemarks quest first to gain access to the Institute of Natural Philosophy.

Walk towards the opposite side of the Ordo, just past the round table, and talk to Seymour. He will tell you all about the data he have retrieved, as well as a bit of his story.

If you have completed Unfinished Story before talking to Seymour, Ann will eventually appear out of nowhere, implying she's just woken up from a long sleep. After a brief cutscene with Seymour and Ann, the pair leaves to see Mary-Ann!
