For Yesterday and Tomorrow is located at Petrichor, in the Nostoi Region in Fontaine. The quest will automatically start once you get near the house.
To unlock For Yesterday and Tomorrow, you must have first completed the Canticles of Harmony quest line in the new Nostoi Region in Fontaine.
Canticles of Harmony World Quest Guide
Walk towards town towards Este's House. A cutscene will occur where Este seems tho have forgotten what has recently transpired.
Despite being confused, he tells the traveler that the Daydream Club has an open slot for a cat due to the disappearance of a hypnosis researcher and his cat.
After bringing and leaving Osse to the cattery, you and Paimon wonder if Osse is the original cat that hasn't been possessed by Cassiodor or is it the Monsieur Os you shared your travels with.
If you're having trouble finding the cattery, click on the Navigate button on the mission screen. This will mark the cattery in your map should you find yourself lost.

If you return to Este's House after leaving, you will see that Osse isn't there. If you put Fish in its bowl, Osse will appear and you will get the achievement "Owner's Responsibility" and the ability to pet it again.
For Yesterday and Tomorrow is a follow-up quest which concludes what happens to Osse, the cat that once housed the spirit of Cassiodor during the Canticles of Harmony World Quest Chain.

i already finished the quest of remuria and i was told by the guy to put osse in the cattery but there’s no indication of “bring osse to the cattery” can somebody help me ;-;
