How to Unlock Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Hunt

Complete the Prerequisite Quest

	In the Wake of Narcissus

In the Wake of Narcissus is a quest chain that is a pre-requisite of the Wish-Fulfilling World Quest! Finish it first before heading to the Morte Region for this quest.

Go to Morte Region

Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Hunt is located in the Morte Region, in the nation of Fontaine. Use the Teleport Waypoint nearest to the sea in Fort Charybdis Ruins and then swim west until you see Urville on some floating wood and Nadia.

Once you approach them and talk to Urville, you will immediately obtain the Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Hunt World Quest!

Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Hunt Walkthrough

Talk to Nadia and Urville

Talk to Urville and Nadia then a cutscene will play. You get teleported along with them back to the Rusty Rudder, where they tell you about the treasures they lost in the sea. After the dialogue, you will be tasked to bring these treasures back with Nadia.

Salvage the Lost Items

Use the Teleport Waypoint northeast of Tower of Ipsissimus to reach the area where the items are located. Dive underwater and swim down until you reach the highlighted area to start your search.

These items are usually highlighted with a glowing marker, so it'll be easy to find them in the water.

Find Nadia's Token

Nadia's Token is located near a Ball Octopus and a giant red clam, northwest in the highlighted area. Take it and move on to finding the other lost items.

Find the Tripod

The Tripod is entangled in a big ball of seaweed, just south of where Nadia's Token was. Take the Hunter Ray's ability so you can cut it free, then pick it up.

Find the Diving Set

The Diving Set is a chest near a dancing Ball Octopus, just east of where his Tripod was. Pick it up and then find the other lost items.

Find the Sunken Coin Pouch

The Sunken Coin Pouch is in a giant clam near a dancing Ball Octopus, just north of where the Diving Set was. Use the Hunter Ray's ability to make the clam open, then take the item.

Find the Tiny Conch

The Tiny Conch is located near a giant clam with two Ball Octopus and one Jellyfish, just northeast of the sunken tower. Pick it up and continue finding the other lost items.

Find the Other Item

This item is located near a big underwater plant with a Ball Octopus nearby. You need to pick this up as well, but its not known what it is just yet because Nadia says she doesn't remember if its theirs or not. Take it and return to Urville back at Rusty Rudder.

Return to the Rusty Rudder to Find Urville

Go back to the Rusty Rudder and talk to Urville. He and Nadia thank you for helping them and ask you to come with them to the underwater shelter. After the dialogue, you will obtain the Enigmatic Page (X) in your inventory as well!

Go to the Underwater Shelter

Use the Teleport Waypoint in Salacia Plain to get to the Underwater Shelter, which is just northeast of it. Once you approach the shelter, Ball Octopuses will appear so you need to fight them before doing the puzzle to unlock the shelter.

Drive Back the Ball Octopuses

Fight the Ball Octopuses and take out Urville's Nemesis, Lil' Red. Take the Armored Crab's ability and use it to defeat them easily. Once they're defeated, you can focus on solving the puzzle for the shelter.

Enter the Underwater Shelter

To enter the underwater shelter, you need to activate the two devices in front of the gate. These devices can be activated by doing the two Ball puzzles nearby.

Solve the First Ball Puzzle

The first ball puzzle is pretty simple. Use the Armored Crab's ability to destroy the rock that is covering the lower High-Pressure Water Vent, then switch the flow of the other water vent. The ball should head straight towards the metal ring.

Solve the Second Ball Puzzle

The second ball puzzle is pretty easy as well. Use the Arrmored Crab's Ability and push the ball up by swimming upwards into the pressurized current. The ball should move up towards the metal ring.

Once you've finished both puzzles, activate the devices and head inside.

Find Clues to the Treasure

Inside the underwater shelter, a short dialogue will play between you, Nadia, and Urville. You will be tasked to find some clues for the treasure they're seeking. These clues are highlighted by a glowing marker around the room so they should be easy to find.

Find the First Clue

The first clue is on a bookshelf just in front of you, next to the smaller bookshelf. Investigate it and head towards the next clue.

Find the Second Clue

The second clue is on the ground near a box, which is next to a big bookshelf. The box also has a small treasure chest on top. Investigate it and head towards the next clue.

Find the Last Clue

The last clue is on an open book in a small stand, near a chair and a gramophone. Investigate it and report back to Urville.

Talk to Urville

After investigating, go back to Urville and talk to him. Urville and Nadia will tell you the truth and ask you to take their picture.

Take a Picture for Urville and Nadia

Move to the camera and take their picture, then a small dialogue will happen between you all. Urville and Nadia thank you for the help and for taking their picture. This marks the end of the Wish-Fulfilling Treasure Hunt World Quest!
