Complete Act 1 of the Archon Quest Then Talk to Estelle
To unlock Semi-Automatic Forging, you need to have finished Act 1 of Fontaine's Archon Quest, Prelude of Blancheur and Noirceur first. After completing this, talk to Estelle, the Boss of Beaumont Workshop, in Court of Fontaine.
