Initial Facts is located at the Narzissenkreuz Ordo, inside the Institute of Natural Philosophy. However, the quest automatically starts near Earnshaw's Property, northwest of the Court of Fontaine!

At Caterpillar's behest, head to the Narzissenkreuz Ordo. Once you've arrived inside, you walk around, or you can immediately go to your right, towards the grandfather clock to start a cutscene.

After Caterpillar refreshes his memories about his Master and the Ordo, Ann and Seymour arrives to join the gang. Help them organize the clues at Narzissenkreuz Ordo! The trio reminisces about the memories and similiarities they can recall.
