Complete the Prerequisite Quests

Quest Unlock Requirements

	In the Wake of Narcissus
	Through the Looking Glass
	Pursuit

You can unlock Happy Birthday by completing the 4.2 quest chain, In the Wake of Narcissus! You must have also finished Through the Looking Glass, and Pursuit quest before setting the in-game clock to the next day to unlock it!

Go to Earnshaw's House

Happy Birthday is located in the Court of Fontaine Region, in the nation of Fontaine. Use the northwest Teleport Waypoint near the mountains and houses, then head you see Earnshaw's House.

Skip time until tomorrow to see Earnshaw outside of his house and near the Waypoint. Once you approach him, you will immediately obtain the Happy Birthday World Quest!

Happy Birthday Walkthrough

Talk to Earnshaw

The dialogue starts with Earnshaw telling you that Lanoire has been abducted by a hilichurl. He asks for your help in finding them. The dialogue finished and you are tasked to find Lanoire.

Find Lanoire

Lanoire is located just north of Earnshaw's house, near Mont Esus East. Just follow the path and head north towards Mont Esus East and you'll see her standing next to a hilichurl.

Talk with Lanoire and Caterpillar

Once you approach them, a dialogue will commence. Lanoire and Caterpillar will talk with you until Earnshaw and a guard arrrive. Caterpillar will vanish and you will continue talking with Earnshaw and Lanoire.

The Happy Birthday World Quest does not have any rewards except for the The Story is Over, But... Achievement!

was looking for days but there is one melusine called pahsiv after giving branches and buying the whole shop the looking glasses were finally glowing

if you can't start this quest because Earnshaw keeps sitting at his table/standing next to Lanoire, you have to retrace every step from the "looking glass" quest on. Most likely, you have missed pushing the flying golden fish through one of the looking glasses and it's stuck, making the whole quest line disappear.
