You can unlock Muse's Mother by progressing thru the World Quest, Search in the Algae Sea, as this quest is part of that World Quest!
Search in the Algae Sea Quest Guide
The pathway towards the seal of the Orthant of Memory is located just few steps away from the Statue of Seven in Morte Region! Descend the stairs beneath a Hydroculus, until you see the locked hatch, beside a Feather Valve puzzle.
| How to Find the Seal of the Orthant of Memory | |

| 1 | Obtain the Xenochromatic Ability of the Ball Octopus from the nearby mechanism, marked by a glowing orb. Once you interact with this, your Elemental Skill will replaced by the Aberrant's ability. |
| 2 | After getting its ability, hold your skill and fire at the Receiver Node, until the hatch opens. Keep in the mind that it automatically closes the moment you stop firing, so make sure you're right beside it for you to easily jump down. |
| 3 | Afterwards, go along the tunnel until you see a pit that goes down a long way. Once you've reached the bottom, you'll see two Feather Valve mechanisms, similar to the one you've encountered. |
| 4 | Get the Ball Octopus' ability from the Orb, and fire at the Feather Valve on your left first. This will open the first layer of the hatch. Then, quickly fire at the one to your right, to open the second layer. Make sure you're near the pit to quickly pass through! |
| 5 | Then, glide down, towards the large entrance with a mob of Rifthound enemies. Defeat them, and head directly towards the entrance to find the seal! |
After you study the riddle slate, head deep the chamber to solve the Orthant's Puzzle. To solve the Orthant of Memory's puzzle you must guide the Energy Flow towards the large machine at the middle of the mechanism!
| How to Solve The Orthant's Puzzle | |

| 1 |  To solve the Orthant of Memory Puzzle, you must release the Energy from the devices located to the right, and far-end of the room. |
| 2 |  To do this, head towards the machine across the chamber. The entrance to this machine is guarded by two Gardemeks, so prepare for a fight! |
| 3 | Next, go beside the machine and release the energy. You can watch it flow towards the machine in the middle of the room, to get a good grasp of how the whole mechanism works! |
| 4 | Then, head to the right side of the room, towards the closed door with a Feather Valve, and an Eliphas Beam puzzle. To solve this puzzle, hit the blue lantern once, to unlock the clip of the Eliphas Beam puzzle. Doing so, also turns the lantern to orange. |
| 5 | Once done, use the power of the Ball Octopus and fire at the Feather Valve until the Eliphas Beam is floating all the way up. Quickly hit the lantern once more to lock the beam in place. This also reverts its color back to blue. |
| 6 | After the door has opened, use the machine to go down. You'll see a small hallway with another Feather Valve puzzle, and a closed door. Walk towards the door, but not too far from the Valve. Fire at the Valve continuously, then bolt towards the door. |
| 7 | Then, go to the machine, and release the energy from it. Wait until the energy reaches the lift you used to go down, then go up the original using the same lift. |
| 8 | Lastly, hit release, and wait for the energy flow to reach the machine at the middle of the room to solve the Orthant of Memory's puzzle! |
Once you've solved the puzzle, obtain the “Memory” piece from the machine. Disappointedly enough, the piece is no longer there. Head over to the Orthant of Wish next.
Muse's Mother is an objective quest of the quest, Search in the Algae Sea, where you'll need to find and break the four seals to enter the Tower of Gestalt! Muse's Mother is the first seal, and unlocks the Orthant of Memory.

Nobody online sees that after this there are stll two chests, one underwater and one with a hydroculus protected by a barrier that I cannot remove in any way
