    I had to go to the comments to figure out where puca actually was and thought I maybe hadn’t done all the quests and wasted a ton of time to check.

    Didn’t find Puca at the underwater houses. Legit looked for hours, and thought I was going crazy. Like the other comments, Puca was at A Very Bright Place, north of the waypoint. Might want to update the location.
