Didn’t find Puca at the underwater houses. Legit looked for hours, and thought I was going crazy. Like the other comments, Puca was at A Very Bright Place, north of the waypoint. Might want to update the location.
i also found her in "a very bright place" area.
Im disappointed we didn't actually get accessories made out of that beautiful ore..
Puca is actually located in a very bright place when you start the quest.
