Competitive Analysis

Swagger has the effect of causing confusion, but raising the target's Attack by two stages. This move can be helpful for defensive or stall teams in causing confusion to opposing Pokemon, while this can also be used for offensive teams but your Pokemon will be confused after using this.

In Doubles, you can use this on a partner Pokemon with the Own Tempo Ability to get the boost without causing the confusion status condition.
